Pageseam — Terms of service

Version 1 · in force from 30 October 2026

These terms apply to every free sample, pack and monthly plan. If anything is unclear, ask me by email before you pay.

  1. 1. Who you're dealing with. Pageseam is a service of Ashvale Trading LLC, a Wyoming company, run by one person, Guilherme. Address: 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: hello@pageseam.com. The service is for businesses only, not consumers.
  2. 2. Scope. You get what your pack or plan lists on the offer page and in the written scope I send before you pay; anything else is quoted in writing first. I can decline any project, and I don't work on replicas, counterfeits or copies of another brand's product or design.
  3. 3. Payment. Prices are in US dollars and paid in advance. Work starts once the payment, your materials and the store access are in. Fees charged on your side by your bank or payment provider are yours. If any tax applies, it's shown on the invoice before you pay.
  4. 4. Delivery. Each pack, page and page change is delivered within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, Swiss time) of the day I have the payment, the materials and the access; late materials move the date by the same number of days. Pages are built in an unpublished copy of your theme and you publish them: I never publish anything to your live store. If the materials haven't arrived within 30 days of payment, I may cancel the booking and refund you in full.
  5. 5. Revisions. The Launch Pack includes 1 round of revisions for everything in it; on monthly plans, each creative pack, page change and new page has 1 round. A round is one list of changes, sent within 7 days of delivery and inside the original brief; I send the revised files within 3 business days. A new product, concept or format is new work.
  6. 6. Your materials and your store. You confirm that you have the right to use what you send me, and the product-page photos used for a free sample, and that the facts and claims you give me about your products are true. By asking for a free sample, you let me use the photos and text on your public product page to make it. You approve the final wording, and before using any ad or page you check that it shows your product accurately, because the tools I use can change small details. Store access is a collaborator account limited to themes (Shopify's "Themes" and "Edit code" permissions), which you approve and can remove at any time. The Themes permission also allows publishing a theme; I never use it for that. I never ask for access to payments, checkout, orders or customer data.
  7. 7. Ownership and licence. Once you've paid, the final files are yours to use, edit and publish commercially, worldwide and with no time limit, including in paid ads; I transfer to you the rights I hold in them. The theme sections I build are yours to use and change in your own stores. I may reuse general code from my own section library elsewhere, but never code taken from your theme, and never your content, brand or images. The free sample ads are yours to keep and use.
  8. 8. Not exclusive. The tools I use don't guarantee unique results: other users may get similar or identical images, so I can't give you exclusive rights or guarantee that the files are protected by copyright. Every file is checked for other brands' logos, characters and text, but I can't guarantee that a generated image never resembles someone else's work. If a file raises a rights problem, I replace it at no cost and you stop using the original.
  9. 9. Tools. The ads, videos and page images are generated with third-party generative AI tools, mainly Higgsfield, from your product photos, and I use software assistants for drafts. Every file is checked against a written checklist, and I personally review your first delivery. Neither of us removes or alters the tools' invisible watermarks or provenance data on purpose, although some editing and upload tools can strip them automatically. Where a law or an ad platform requires generated content to be labelled, you label it. Any person shown in an ad is generated, not a real person, and neither of us presents them as a real person, a customer or a reviewer. I don't use real people's faces or voices, or other brands' logos, products, characters or music, without the rights holder's written consent.
  10. 10. Training. On the plan I use (not an enterprise plan), Higgsfield's terms let it train its models on material uploaded and generated there; deleting that material stops future training on it, but can't undo training already done. Higgsfield may also use content in its own marketing if it is public on its service or with my consent: I keep your content private there and don't give that consent. For the assistant I use for emails and drafts, Claude by Anthropic, I've switched off the setting that would let Anthropic train its models on my chats. Please don't send anything that must stay secret, such as an unlaunched product, unless you accept this.
  11. 11. Confidentiality. Apart from the tools and the file-sharing service I use to do your work, I keep your materials, store details and our messages private and use them only for your work. I don't show your work publicly, or in my portfolio, without your written agreement, and after the project I delete my working copies if you ask.
  12. 12. Claims and results. No fake reviews or testimonials, invented numbers, fake urgency or scarcity, or medical or health claims go into your ads or pages, and I only use reviews you can show me are real. I don't promise sales, conversion rates or return on ad spend, and ad platforms decide for themselves whether to approve, reject or label an ad.
  13. 13. Refunds. Full refund if you cancel before I start, or if I'm more than 3 business days late and you no longer want the work. If a delivery doesn't match the written scope and I can't fix it, full refund. Once in-scope work is delivered and the revision round is done, or its 7 days have passed, payment isn't refundable: the free sample lets you judge the work first. A monthly plan month that has already started isn't refunded unless I fail to deliver it.
  14. 14. Monthly plans: ending them. No minimum term. Each plan month is paid in advance and runs from the day your payment arrives to the day before the same date in the next month. Cancel any time by email: the plan ends with the paid month, you still get that month's work, and you won't be charged or invoiced again. An unused creative pack or page change carries over into your next paid month, and only that one; after that it lapses. If the delay was mine, it carries over until I deliver it. I can end a plan at the end of a paid month by email; if I stop during a paid month, I refund the part of the fee for the work not delivered.
  15. 15. Liability. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for a project is limited to what you paid for it (for a monthly plan, the last month paid). I'm not liable for lost sales or profits, ad spend, ad account restrictions, or changes made to your store after delivery.
  16. 16. Communication. By email only, in writing; there are no calls. I reply within 2 business days.
  17. 17. Disputes and governing law. If something goes wrong, tell me by email first and we'll try to sort it out. Governing law: the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. Place of jurisdiction: the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
  18. 18. Changes. The version in force on the day you pay applies to that project, or to that month of a plan. If I change these terms, I'll email monthly clients the new version before their next payment.
